Terms of sale
Terms applying to paid Postule Moi subscriptions. Contract version 2026-09-04.
Updated · 31 August 2026Seller and scope
The seller is Eric Salle, entrepreneur individuel exploitant TrajectIA, 81 rue Le Caravage, 34000 Montpellier, France — SIREN 108 606 666 — RCS Montpellier 108 606 666 — TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI. Postule Moi provides a digital job-search organisation and application-preparation service, with AI assistance depending on the plan. It does not guarantee an external application, interview or hire.
Order, price and payment
Before payment, the summary shows the plan, price, currency, billing period, limits and payment provider. Payment is due when subscribing. Card data is handled directly by Stripe or Mollie and is not stored by Postule Moi. Durable confirmation and acceptance evidence are retained with the transaction. At this stage of the commercial launch, paid offers are reserved for customers whose billing country is France.
Subscription and renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. The next date and price are visible in Subscription. Adverse price or service changes are announced before they apply and may be refused by cancelling. Paid rights come only from server-side billing state.
Promotions and plan changes
A promotion applies only during its stated period and to eligible plans and accounts. Unless stated otherwise, it may be used once per account. An upgrade may be immediate; a downgrade or move to Free normally takes effect on the displayed renewal date.
Withdrawal and immediate performance
Consumers generally have fourteen days from contract conclusion to withdraw. If immediate access is expressly requested, a proportionate amount for service supplied until withdrawal may remain due. The right is lost only after full performance and when every legal condition is met. Requests are made in Subscription or through support.
Cancellation, failed payment and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally preserves access until the paid period ends. Failed payments may suspend paid rights and return the account to Free after applicable attempts and notices. Approved refunds use the original payment method. Refund and cancel returns the subscription to Free immediately.
Guarantees and liability
Consumers retain statutory guarantees for digital content and services. Contact support for conformity, price reduction or termination remedies provided by law. Scores and suggestions are explainable estimates requiring human review. Mandatory consumer rights are never excluded.
Complaints, mediation and governing law
Complaints must first be submitted to support in writing. If no satisfactory solution is reached, consumers may use Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation des Conciliateurs de Justice (CM2C), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France free of charge, online or by email via https://www.cm2c.net/comment-nous-saisir.php, declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net, or by post, with evidence of the prior complaint. French law applies without removing mandatory protections in the consumer’s country of residence; mandatory jurisdiction rules prevail.
