Legal information
Terms of use
Rules governing accounts, job-search features, AI assistance, subscriptions and third-party services.
Updated · 31 August 2026Service, eligibility and account
The service is intended for people legally able to create an account in their jurisdiction. Users must provide accurate identity data, protect credentials, promptly report misuse and keep invitations personal. OAuth accounts remain subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
CV, AI and user approval
CV extraction, profiling, matching, translation, tailoring and Interview Coach outputs are assistance. AI must not invent qualifications or make hiring decisions; imported and generated changes remain proposals until the user reviews them. The user remains responsible for the truth, relevance and lawful disclosure of every application.
Job sources and third parties
Offers may come from country-specific external providers selected by the user. Availability, accuracy, salary, currency conversion and publication status can change. Postule Moi must not claim an external application was submitted without confirmation and is not responsible for third-party terms, outages or recruitment decisions.
Plans, payment and cancellation
Free and paid rights are resolved server-side. Price, currency, applicable tax, interval, quotas and renewal are displayed before confirmation. A paid subscription is charged when ordered and then renewed at the selected interval. Cancellation stops renewal while rights remain until the end of the paid period, unless payment fails or the law requires otherwise. Withdrawal and refund requests are sent to support and handled under applicable statutory rights and the terms shown at checkout.
Suspension, liability and disputes
Fraud, attacks, impersonation, scraping contrary to third-party terms and unlawful or discriminatory content are prohibited and may lead to proportionate suspension. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. After an unresolved written complaint to support, consumers may use Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation des Conciliateurs de Justice (CM2C), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France free of charge, online or by email via https://www.cm2c.net/comment-nous-saisir.php, declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net, or by post, with evidence of the prior complaint.
